CANTER Michigan Operates solely on the generous efforts of volunteers. Because all donations are used for the operation of the program and care of horses, we are always in need of dedicated volunteers in several different areas. Interested in volunteering? Read on to see how you can help these fabulous animals.

Volunteer Duties include:

Marketing and Public Relations -- Volunteers are needed to create advertisements, press releases and articles for local publications and manning booths at Expos.

Fund Raising -- Fund Raising Chairpersons are needed to spearhead fundraising efforts to benefit CANTER horses. Have a fundraising idea? Please feel free to share it with us.

Transporting -- Volunteers are needed to Transport horses to Michigan State University for surgeries, from the track to our CANTER farm, and to foster homes.  If you are available to do this, please contact Robbie Timmons at 248-363-8059 or email robbie@canterusa.org
