Doneraile Belle is an adorable dark bay dappled mare. She is a 2006 model and 15.3 hands. Doneraile Belle is by Doneraile Court and out of Cactus Belle. Doneraile Belle has a fantastic pedigree on both her sire and dams side. She is a granddaughter to Seattle Slew and Gone West. She also has Mr. Prospector, Secretariat, Native Dancer and Bold Ruler in her bloodlines. She is a score just for her pedigree and bloodlines alone. It's difficult to get all those champions bloodlines in one horse but she has them! Belle (as she is known in the barn)
last raced in 2010. She had a year off and her owner was considering using her as a broodmare prospect but she didn’t catch and is now back in training. Her trainer thinks she would really excel in a career outside of racing because she doesn’t like the stress of being at the track. Belle is 100% sound, has nice clean legs and is like a big teddy bear. We just wanted to keep hugging her and give her treats. She is very gentle and has a very kind eye. Her trainer says that she is very easy to work with and does not act “marrish” at all. Belle has no vices, trailers well and is an easy keeper. She likes attention, treats and to be groomed. She would do great as a family horse or even as a children’s prospect. She could easily transition to a new career because she is very willing, intelligent and wants to please. Her trainer thinks she could easily excel in any discipline with some additional schooling. Please consider giving this very loving and sweet gal a new home and career.
