| 1 | Halter Worn by “Storm Cat” Foaled in 1983 by Storm Bird out of Terlingua (Secretariat). As a race horse Storm Cat had a relatively successful career, with 8 starts (four wins, three place finishes) for total racing earnings of $570,610. He won the 1985 Young American Stakes at the Meadowlands as well as coming in second in the Breeder’s Cup Juvenile. (video) Storm Cat’s true calling was in the breeding shed. In 1999 and 2000, he was the leading sire in North America. He sired 158 Stakes Winners, 96 Graded Stakes Winners, 32 Grade 1 winners; $109 Million Earnings. In 2007: 9 Stakes Winners 4 Group/Graded Stakes Winners including 2007 Multiple Grade 1 Stakes Winner AFTER MARKET. His fee from 2002 to 2007 was $500,000 for each live foal, but his final published fee was reduced to $300,000 for 2008. As such, Storm Cat is one of the few horses that required a 24 hour armed guard. Storm Cat was pensioned in May, 2008 due to infertility. Storm Cat is also a noted sire of other successful stallions. By far his most successful son at stud to date has been Giant's Causeway. Among his other sons who have achieved success as stallions are Hennessey, Forestry, and Tabasco Cat. His daughters have also made him a noteworthy broodmare sire. Progeny produced by daughters of Storm Cat include the 2004 Breeders' Cup Sprint Winner and Eclipse Award-Winning Champion Sprinter, Speightstown, as well as the 2005 Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies Winner and Champion 2-Year Old Filly, Folklore. Storm Cat's success as a sire-of-sires and broodmare sire could be attributed to his top and bottom sire lines. His paternal grandsire, Northern Dancer, was also a well-known sire-of-sires, and his maternal grandsire, Secretariat, is regarded as perhaps the greatest broodmare sire in history. This halter was worn by “Storm Cat” from January 7, 2006 through January 13, 2006 as his regular turnout halter. Complete with Certificate of Authenticity. Donated by Overbrook Farm, Lexington, KY. www.overbrookfarm.com. Starting minimum bid $300. |

| 2 | Halter Worn by “Officer” Foaled in 1999 by Bertrando out of St. Helens Shadow (Septieme Ciel). As a race horse, Officer raced mostly as a 2 year old winning the 2001 Champagne Stakes (Grade 1) (video), the Del Mar Futurity (Grade 2), and the Best Pal Stakes (Grade 3). He raced only once as a three year old winning the Zany Tactics Stakes at Santa Anita. (video) In all he raced 9 times under trainer Bob Baffert, winning a total of six times, one place and one show for a total earnings of $804,090. He was retired after his win in the Zany Tactics due to a tendon injury. From the 2003 Thoroughbred Times article: Mulhall said that to bring Officer back to the races next spring would be too much of a risk. "If something goes wrong in March, then I lose a whole year with him," Mulhall told Daily Racing Form. "I don't want to do that. It would ruin him. I think it's more likely that he'll stand at stud next year." Currently, Officer stands at Taylor Made Stallions, Inc. where he is one of only six stallions to ever sire as many as 6 First-Crop Juvenile Stakes winners. Officer has sired Stakes winners in North America and Europe, on Dirt, Turf, and Polytrack. In addition to his juvenile Stakes winners, Officer is the Sire of 2007 Stakes horses: Anofficerandalady, Against the Law, multiple Stakes winners Sir Officer and Officer in Pursuit, Stakes winner and Graded Stakes-placed Special Dream, Elite Squadron, and Graded Stakes winner Officer Rocket. This halter was worn by “Officer”. Donated by Taylor Made Stallions, Inc. Nicholasville, KY. www.taylormadestallions.com. Starting minimum bid $200. |

| 3 | Halter Worn by “Wild Again” Foaled in 1980 by Icecapade out of Bushel-n-Peck (by Khaled). As a racehorse, Wild Again earned $2,204,829, and will always be remembered for his longshot win in the inaugural Breeders' Cup Classic (gr. I) in 1984 at Hollywood Park. (video) In that $3-million-dollar race, Wild Again, supplemented at a cost of $360,000, prevailed in a ferocious and exciting stretch drive that involved considerable bumping between himself, Gate Dancer, and Slew o' Gold. He survived a nine-minute-long stewards' examination of the finish to become the first winner of Thoroughbred racing's richest event. Wild Again arrived at Three Chimneys in December of 1991 as part of the dissolution of Calumet Farm. At that point, he had three crops of racing age. Since then, his progeny earnings have dipped below $3 million only once, and for each of the last 10 years, those earnings have ranged between $4 million and $7.6 million. "He's sired eight millionaires, four champions, and an incredible number of good, hard-trying racehorses," Clay said. "His runners win races over all distances. Versatility and consistency have been the hallmarks of his stallion career." Wild Again is also known for the diversity of bloodlines with which he had success. He is the sire of 84 stakes winners and those 84 have 75 different broodmare sires. His leading earners are Milwaukee Brew ($2,879,612, Santa Anita Handicap, gr. I, twice), Narita King O (in Japan, $2,405,922), Wild Bluster (in Japan, $2,228,833), Wilderness Song ($1,482,033, Canadian champion, Spinster S., gr. I), Wild Rush ($1,386,302, Metropolitan H., gr. I), Shine Again, ($1,271,840, Ballerina H., gr. I, twice), Abe Again (in Japan, $1,164,130), and Elmhurst ($1,100,587, Breeders' Cup Sprint, gr. I). Another runner, Sarava, won the 2002 Belmont Stakes (gr. I) with Edgar Prado aboard preventing War Emblem from winning the Triple Crown. (video) This halter was worn by “Wild Again”. Complete with Certificate of Authenticity. Donated by Three Chimneys Farm, Midway KY. www.threechimneys.com. Starting minimum bid $200. |

| 18 | "Barbaro – A True Champion" Print In 2006, a head-strong and muscular Thoroughbred colt, named Barbaro, would enter the Kentucky Derby undefeated and become one of only six undefeated horses to survive the Derby unbeaten. Winning by the largest margin in 60 years, he raced to the finish on his own will to win, needing no extra urging from his jockey. Barbaro had the promise to become the first Triple Crown winner since 1978, but his career came to a tragic end two weeks later at the Preakness Stakes. Barbaro survived a life-threatening injury and walked again, but a painful condition called "laminitis" would distress his good legs until he had none to stand on. On Monday morning, January 29, Barbaro's life ended peacefully at New Bolton Center in Pennsylvania, where he had survived his devastating injury for several months and had many promising days. SHAWN FAUST The Artist, Shawn Faust, is a founding member of the Portrait Society of America. In 2002, he was awarded a certificate of recognition for his portrait of legendary jockey Pat Day. Through Shawn’s intense artistic studies of human models, he recognized the significance of showcasing the “eye” in his portraits. He was intrigued by the “eye” descriptions horse owners gave when describing the personalities of their horses, such as, “My horse has a very attentive eye or confident eye.” Shawn began painting head studies of them in order to learn more about capturing the spirit of his subject rather than its mere likeness. It didn’t take the owners of the horses Shawn was studying long to recognize his unique ability to capture their horse’s “true” likeness and personality. They quickly began buying his studies and soon commissioned him to paint the rest of the horse. By word of mouth alone, he was soon painting prominent thoroughbreds in the Mid-Atlantic region for clients such as Richard Golden, Stuart Janney III and Allaire Dupont. In 2003, Shawn was awarded the prestigious Else Tuckerman Memorial Award by the American Academy of Equine Art for his portrait of Seattle Slew. In 2007 The American Academy of Equine Art honored Faust with the Leonard Metzelman Award for painting and The People’s Choice Award for his painting entitled “Outrider.” 18x12 print is matted and framed.
