Approval Form

For those proceeding, we thank you for taking an interest in our program and for taking the time to provide the information necessary for approval. We strive to make you happy with your CANTER horse and we hope for a permanent home for our horse also. Once approved, you will be notified by email or telephone. Your approval will be valid indefinitely for any horse CANTER owns that meets your intended use. You must update your approval and notify us if your contact information or location where a horse will be kept ever changes (email address, street address and/or telephone numbers) from the information we have on file. Generally, once you are approved within CANTER, you are approved with all affiliate programs depending on any geographic limitations. Please notify us if you have already been approved and by which affiliate program.

Please tell us some information about your experience and the facility where the horse will be stabled. Prospective purchasers will need to complete ALL questions.

There is a printable version of the Approval Form that you can fax to us. Click here to go to the printable Approval Form.

All Fields other than Additional Information are REQUIRED FIELDS. Supply answers for ALL FIELDS. Please email us if you have problems with this form!

You can also use our Printable approval form or copy and paste the form below into an email message and send it to approvals@canterusa.org. Or Fax it to Gail Hirt at 810-384-8410.

Please NOTE: “If you haven’t heard back on an approval, please contact your vet to find out if they have responded to our reference check. 90% of all approval delays are due to the lack of vet responses. It is your job to let your vet know we will be contacting them.”
